Shipping

Every CeraBien piece is shaped, painted, glazed and kiln-fired by hand in our atelier in Çanakkale, Turkey, then packed and sent directly to you.

Free shipping, duties included

Shipping is free to the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, and duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives — no customs invoice, no handling fee at the door.

How long it takes

Ready-made pieces
Prepared and dispatched within 5 days of your order, then about 5 days in transit. Roughly ten days from order to doorstep.

Custom and personalised pieces
Made to order, so they take longer: around 2 weeks in the atelier, then about 5 days in transit.

These are typical timings rather than guarantees. Handmade ceramics move at the pace of the kiln, and customs can occasionally add a day or two. If anything is running late, we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details the moment it ships.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile and they travel a long way, so every piece is wrapped individually and packed to survive the journey.

If something arrives damaged

Send a photo to hello@cerabien.com and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged piece, and you are not left carrying the loss for something that happened in transit.
